Who should join The Interiority Complex Network (ICN)?

The Interiority Complex Network (ICN) is ideal for Designers, Stagers, Decorators and Window Covering Retailers who have had experience in running their own business, but who desire and appreciate the support, leverage and power that a collective offers.  ICN Members are independent consultants who are ready to grow their businesses, and expand their vision beyond what once was thought possible.

We feel it is important to be clear about who should join, and when selecting members, we look for Designers, Stagers & Decorators who:

  • Want an encouraging team of mastermind partners.
  • Are professionals in our industry who have the desire and inspiration to make this year of their life and business extraordinary.
  • Those who are willing to DO something to achieve their goals instead of just talking about it.
  • Those who are willing to co-create an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect.
  • Have integrity, acts and speaks consistently, and has a positive set of values by which he/she lives.

Why should I join, especially if I already have my own business?

We’ve outlined all of the benefits of joining our network on our website, but what does that really mean to you? What are you getting when you join the ICN?

  • Support, Connection & Accountability: Running a solo-preneurship can be isolating and lonely. Having a team of individuals around you who support your goals and personal vision will help propel you towards success more quickly, and more enjoyably.
  • Proven Processes & Systems:  Our members don’t have to waste time reinventing the wheel when creating new paperwork, systems and processes. We share with our members our proven systems that we know work. In addition, we constantly collaborate with each other in order to improve upon our existing systems, or develop new ones.
  • Brand Recognition:   A brand is one of the most valuable elements in an advertising theme. The unique brand and ”personality” of Interiority Complex is one which can’t be duplicated. The Interiority Complex brand is carefully managed and cultivated, in order to strengthen the value of our offering for our customers as well as our network members.
  • Focus: Running a business takes a tremendous amount of energy and entrepreneurs often find themselves saying things like, “I wish there was more time in the day” or “I’m not sure what to do next.”   Because business owners are constantly looking for support and answers, we tend to find ourselves overloaded with advice, newsletters, new systems, resources, training programs and more. It can easily become overwhelming when we have so much else on our plates. The ICN executive team recognizes this constant state of overwhelm, and we’re here to help do something about it. Through our industry connections and resources, we are able to cut through the clutter and noise, and help you hone in on what’s important, and what next steps you need to implement in order to run a successful business.
  • Reduced Business Expenses & Time: Members who leverage our systems which are already in place (weekly e-mail blasts, database management, website, social media, pre-designed marketing collateral, forms, templates, systems, etc.) save time and money by using our systems which are already in place.)

Can I keep my same company name?

Yes, ICN Network members can operate under an existing company name, and simply add our logo to your website or marketing materials. If you do not have a website, you are welcome to take full advantage of the Interiority Complex brand and utilize our existing website, trademarked logos and protected copy. You are still the owner and operator of your own business. For example, your listing on our Interiority Complex Network Member page might read:

What’s NOT included with the Interiority Complex Network Benefits Package?

This is a great question. Though we’ve worked hard to create a benefits package filled with useful tools and training, we can’t do it all for you. What’s not included is the hard work that YOU will have to put into your business. Our most successful network members will be the ones who take ownership of their success and future, and who use their creativity (and ours) to help launch their business to the next level.  At ICN we’ve opened the door, but YOU have to walk through it. We’ve created the tools, but YOU have to use them. Your success depends on you.

How does the ICN differ from the existing Interiority Complex University training programs?

For one, we are no longer offering the ICU training program outside of our network. Secondly, where the ICU training programs were online courses delivered to you digitally, the ICN member benefits provide much more  one on one support, direct access with our company leaders and trainers, license to use our brand, and well, everything else we’ve listed on the member benefits page.

What committment is required from ICN members?

Although ICN members are not employees of Interiority Complex, LLC and are all independent consultants, we do hold our members to a high set of standards not only to protect our brand, mission and vision, but also to help create the best life and opportunities for each network member. With that said, each ICN Member agrees to:

  • Listen openly and attentively on all group training, coaching and q&a calls.
  • Contribute to our conversations and trainig calls in a forward moving and positive way.
  • Understand that the network program is co-created and that each member is fully responsible for their own success, well-being and happiness.
  • Allow for the call facilitator, coach or trainer to hold each member accountable for their actions and committments.
  • Understand that your best interest is in our hearts, and we want to see you succeed beyond your wildest dreams!
  • Understand and hold up the Interiority Complex mission, vision, values & decorating philosophy.
  • Professionally & ethically represent the Interiority Complex brand.
  • Reach out and support other network members when they need it, knowing they will do the same for you when you need it.
  • Give as much as you get. Remember that you have a tremendous amount of insight, enthusiasm and experience to offer our group. Be willing to share!
  • Respect the time and busy schedules of our ICN leaders and reserve your questions for our Q&A call sessions.
  • Provide helpful feedback and questions which will help facilitate the growth and strength of our network.

Can the newsletters and other marketing collateral you offer through the ICN be re-branded with only my logo?

We will send the e-news blasts for you if you would like to leverage our existing e-mail platform. If you would prefer to use your own e-mail platform, you are welcome to use the content we offer via our website and our e-news blasts however you like, with two exceptions: 1) We will not create a custom format for you. You will have to cut and paste the content into whatever format you would like. 2) If you do use content from our marketing collateral, you will have to use this verbiage at the bottom of each blog post or newsletter:

What if I don’t need to use all of the benefits available with the ICN Benefits Package? Can I pick and choose them “a la carte” style and pay  lower fee?
