LIVE TRAINING & MENTORING

ICN Members have open access to hands on, on the job training with Interiority Complex’s Chief of Design Therapy, Tara Wilt, right here in Austin, Texas. During your training and mentoring sessions, ICN Members will see exactly how to conduct home staging consultations, color consultations, decorating consultations, custom window covering estimates, key marketing activities, day to day operations and more.  (*Schedule is subject to IC main office approval. Travel expenses, lodging and meal expenses are covered by ICN Member’s, separately.)

The Secrets of Staging to Sell: Strategic Marketing for Realtors through Home Staging is a Texas Real Estate Commission Approved MCE COURSE (# 03-00-060-7051, Provider # 0596) written by real estate packaging, marketing and staging expert, Ashley Whittenberger.

This 3-hour course is like no other staging course. It is written just for Realtors and Home Builders and helps to educate them on how to effectively integrate staging into their current business and marketing plans. It is also an amazing lead generating tool.

*This course is only approved for Realtor Mandatory Continuuing Education Credits (MCE credits) in Texas, and the ICN Membership does not guarantee the Texas Real Estate Commission will approve your instructor application. ICN members are responsible for submitting their own applications to TREC if they wish to become instructors. Interiority Complex, LLC is a TREC-approved education provider and ICN Members will be allowed to deliver the course under the IC providership once approved. ICN members are allowed to teach this course in any state, just not for MCE credit.

As a member of the ICN, you have the opportunity to earn income when you bring on new members by becoming an affiliate! Affiliates earn a 10% commission of every network member who join through their affiliate link. The process is simple and automated, and works through our shopping cart program.

What are the steps I need to take to join the Interiority Complex Network and become a Certified Design Therapist right away?

1. To begin the application process for membership to Interiority Complex Network, start by filling out our online application form.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive access to all of our online training programs. We recommend you set the intention to carve out time in your schedule each week to spend on our training and educational programs: (Over $25,000 in training, support and consulting!)
3. Order your Interiority Complex Network business cards and submit your information for your custom web page on our website.
4. Order your window covering product sample kit.
5. Attend live training & mentoring sessions in Austin, Texas (this step is optional, but highly recommended!)
6. Take our Online Certification Test when you are ready.
7. Score 80% or above and you are eligible to begin offering products and services through Interiority Complex, and also recruit and train additional network members. If you hurry, you can also claim your very own area for a future network territory.
