Virtual Home Staging

Virtual Staging: You send us digital pictures of your listing or home via our “Patient’s Only” Website. An Interiority Complex Certified Design Therapist will then review your photos and make custom recommendations while focusing on the areas of improvement with the highest return on investment. Your home staging report is delivered to you via a custom web page within 3 business days.

How does your custom virtual staging process work?

Step 1: Decide how many rooms you need help with, then determine which virtual staging package is right for you:

3 Room Package (our minimum package): $99

Each additional room: $29 each

Step 2: After you purchase your package you will be re-directed to our Virtual Staging Patient Intake Form where you will answer a series of questions. Once we receive your questions, we’ll send you a confirmation e-mail with information on how you can access our “Patients Only” website.

Step 3: Next, you will add photos and your questions and comments to our “Patients Only” website.

Step 4: Within 3 business days, we will send you an e-mail with access to your very own web page which will have a video and audio review of your photos, filled with recommendations, resources and tips which will help you sell your home faster and for more money.
