First staging session = 1.5 hours

A trained Interiority Complex Certified Design Therapist will meet with the sellers and conduct a walk-through during which we will give sellers an evaluation of each room in your home/seller’s home. We will discuss with you or your clients’ the home’s best features, as well as trouble spots, and give simple remedies and enhancement instructions in order of suggested priority, that you or your clients can complete in a time frame that is comfortable. Homeowners and Realtors are encouraged to take notes during the session.

Second staging session = 1.5  hours

Once the Realtor or Home Seller is ready, they schedule a follow up visit where a Certified Design Therapist will come back through to arrange, tweak, accessorize and fine tune the look so that the home is picture perfect condition and you have peace of mind in knowing the job is complete!

Photography Package

After we’ve finished the fine-tune appointment, a professional photographer will come in and take photos of your listing. Included in this package:

  • 2-hour session
  • 15-25 photos

Realtor joke of the day…Welcome to your new home!

When our Realtors need to schedule a home staging consultation, we have an easy-to-use online form they can fill out. At the very end of the form, we have a section where they can add comments, or even insert a joke, if they like. Here’s a joke we received today, which we’re featuring as our “Realtor Joke of the Day”. {ba-dum-dum}

"Congratulations on your new home! May you rest in peace!"

A client bought a new home and the broker wanted to send flowers for the occasion.

They arrived at the home and the owner read the card; it said “Rest in Peace”.

The owner was angry and called the florist to complain. After he had told the florist of the obvious mistake and how angry he was, the florist said. “Sir, I’m really sorry for the mistake, but rather than getting angry you should imagine this: somewhere there is a funeral taking place today, and they have flowers with a note saying, “Congratulations on your new home”.
