The  Poquoson home sold in 6 days thanks to you. The sellers did nearly everything on your list and the home looks incredible. One agent told the sellers that it was hard to believe that anyone lived there. That is the highest compliment for an occupied resale.

The sellers love the way the house looks and feels to them as well. The house seems bigger than its 1300+ s.f. because the furniture and decorations flow.

We decided that working 30 days to stage a home in advance is much better than being on the market 30 to 90 days. It is also easier to get asking price.

Chalk this up as another success for home staging.

This is just an FYI on the property @ 10806 Olympia Fields Loop. Ashley you met with the Nuccio’s last fall on how to stage. The Nuccio’s staged their home and we placed the home on the market mid May and it went pending in one week. They took all of you advice to a T and I believe that was the driving force. I am not a decorator, but as a writer and marketing specialist, I can see that you have clearly defined your “unique selling proposition.” By instilling confidence in a client’s decorating style, you are providing much more than design services. If you are able to communicate this in your marketing and web materials, I am sure you will have much success.
