My name is Chris Sullivan and I am working on a television show called The Unsellables on HGTV. We are currently looking for homes that are in need of staging in the Austin area.

As a professional in the field, we were wondering if you had any leads that may be of interest to the show? We are looking for homes that have been on the market for some time and are in need of some work.

Here is our official blurb that we sent out to Realtors in the Austin area:

HGTV’s “THE UNSELLABLES” is coming to Austin and we want to help you get those problem properties sold! We are looking for homes that are owner occupied and could really benefit from our team of professionals. Has the listing been on the market for months because the owners refuse to take down the doll collection or get rid of the pepto pink walls? Is the furniture stuck in the 80’s and covered in pet hair? Do potential buyers take one look at the exterior and drive away? We can’t re-do the kitchen or move walls, but we can paint, plant, re-cover, and de-clutter and turn those clueless owners into savvy sellers. Filming is scheduled for March – April and homeowners are a major part of the show and will appear on camera. Agents will have a chance to have their say as well!
